Using a known seed to get random numbers produces fixed results. This lego block can help create reproducible outcomes that can be verified in the code. Players can agree on additional randomness to spice things up. But all should be able to reproduce the final outcome to verify results.
A simple API server will generate dice rolls base on seeds provided - all open and built on sound, existing, open source cryptography libraries.
